Another article in the series I have been working on with FourSight. This interview was with Patricia Flanagan, from Queen's University Belfast. She talks about the amazing work she does with students in "innovation boot camps" - helping them understand their preferences in the creative problem-solving process and then applying the creative process to real-world problems with industry partners. The students use their new found knowledge to support their academics AND their employability, while contributing to their communities and supporting local organisations with their innovation efforts. A win for everyone!
